Please join the Atlanta Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce AIDS Walk Atlanta Team!
The mission of AID Atlanta is to empower HIV positive Georgians and to deliver world-class educational programs that help stop the spread of HIV by reducing at-risk behaviors in targeted populations.
According to the Center of Disease Control, information from 33 states during 2005 reported:
- 41% of men living wit HIV/AID were African American
- 64% of women living with HIV/AIDS were African American
